Alistair is a quick knit, top-down 10Ply beanie with a simple cable pattern in one section. Designed as a somewhat slouchy beanie you could make it less slouchy by knitting fewer rounds of the cable section. Or make it more slouchy by adding more rounds!
This kit features a hand-dyed skein of 10Ply yarn and a printed copy of the pattern (a digital copy can also be emailed out).
The yarn in this kit was dyed with colours picked out by Alistair himself! This skein is a lovely, warm, spicy orange with flecks of green and yellow.
10Ply SW Wool
- A beautiful, plump, squishy 100% wool yarn. Fully machine washable, grown and spun here in New Zealand. With approximately 176m or 192 yards per 100g, one skein is enough to give you a quick knit hat.
